I found this super-useful plugin for 3Dstudio has now been adapted for C4D called Light Lister.  The plugin locates all of the random lights in your scene and arranges them into one dialog box so you can change all of the settings for different lights in one place!  At first glance is doesn’t sound all that impressive, but take a look, it’s pretty damned useful.
